Privacy
Church Walk Edit is a static website with a small API. This page lists exactly what the site handles today, while generation and payments are closed. It will be updated before either opens.
Your photo
The photo you choose on the home page or the church scene page is read into your browser's memory to show a preview. It is not uploaded, not stored on our servers and not sent to any third party. Reloading the page discards it.
The access request
When you request access, we store the email address you typed, the template you had selected (Church walk or interest in The Damon edit), the resolution or package you had selected, the page you were on, and the time. The request is saved in our database (Cloudflare D1) and may be forwarded to our own mailbox so we can reply. We use it to tell you when generation opens and for nothing else. Email hello@churchwalkedit.online to have it deleted.
Product events
Pages send a small record to our own API when you select a photo, play an example, press a price or access button, or submit the access form. Each record holds the event name, the page path, the language, the option you chose (such as the 720p video), the host of the site that referred you, the first page of your visit and its campaign tags, and a visitor identifier. The identifier is a hash of your IP address and browser signature with a key that changes every day; the IP address itself is never stored. No cookie is set for this. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded.
Traffic statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not store personal data. No other analytics scripts are loaded, and the site shows no consent banner because none is needed.
Browser storage
The site keeps three small items in your browser and reads them only on this site:
orbitmate:landing(session storage): the first page of this tab's visit and its campaign tags, so later events can be attributed to it. Cleared when the tab closes.orbitmate:attribution(local storage): the same first and most recent visit source, kept for 30 days.orbitmate:test(local storage): set only when the address carries a test tag, so our own visits are excluded from statistics.
Hosting and processors
The pages are served by Cloudflare. The access request and the event log live in a Cloudflare D1 database. Notification emails, when configured, are sent through our own mail relay. No advertising network, no third-party pixel and no payment processor is loaded on the site today; when payments open, checkout will be handled by the processor named at that time, and this page will say so.
